Short Biography

I am an integrative counsellor working from person-centred values, drawing on a number of ideas and models depending on the situation. I have worked with issues around self-identity, control, self-esteem, anxiety, broken relationships, grief, trauma, abuse, dealing with IBS, age-related health issues, low mood and severe depression.

My hope is to listen well and hold a non-judgemental space for you, to enable you to process and understand your situation, make wise choices and positive changes.

Since September 2019 I have also been volunteering for Cruse Bereavement Care delivering bereavement support, having completed their specialist bereavement training. I have a wealth of experience of working with, listening to and helping people from many walks of life.

I started life in London, and now live in Sheffield where my family and I have made our home. I have a post-graduate diploma in Leadership Consultancy and have regularly mentored young adults over the years. I have worked as a professional musician and have over 15 years experience working in the banking and charity sectors in administration and office management.

I work Tuesday and Thursdays 9.00 – 13.00 and Thursdays 17.00 – 21.00.

I charge £55 per session.
