Clinical Psychology Results and Feedback

At Taylored Psychology, we offer effective clinical psychology services, including therapy and counselling, using standardised self-report questionnaires to measure progress.

These tools, also used in the NHS, help our clinical psychologists, therapists and counsellors track changes before, during and after sessions, allowing clients to reflect on progress.

Clinical Psychology Evaluation

How do you know whether or not the therapy you choose will be helpful for you?

Research has shown that therapy is often effective in reducing distress, but every person and every service differs.

We continuously evaluate all our clinical psychology work to monitor and improve the therapy quality here at Taylored Psychology.

Our standardised questionnaires invite clients to self report on their mood and progress in therapy. These questionnaires are used in the NHS to assess distress, therapy outcome and the performance of services.

Clinical psychology evaluation allows both the client and the therapist to reflect on and discuss changes made to promote safe and effective therapy.

Client Satisfaction

We collect feedback from clients who come in for an initial consultation and therapy.

Clients are sent an anonymous satisfaction questionnaire 1 month after their last therapy session. Each year we do a yearly summary.

The below data is from March 2022-January 2023.

Out of 65 clients who were sent the survey via email, 21 answered our questions (a 32% response rate).

When asked to rate Taylored Psychology out of 5 stars 10/12 respondents rated us 5 stars and 1 respondent rated us 4 stars. Only 1 person rated us 2 stars. This gives us an average of 4.66/5 rating.

42% of respondents had Counselling, 17% had Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, 17% had 1 or 2 assessments, 8% had CAT, 8% had Cognitive Analytical Therapy and 8% had Compassion Focused Therapy.
