  • If you make an enquiry from this website or call us, we may collect the following information:

  • Information relevant to understanding your needs so we can provide you with a safe service

What we do with the information we gather

This information is processed or the following reasons: to arrange appointments, to ensure we offer you a suitable service and for internal clinical record keeping. If you make an enquiry via this website or phone, we hold these details for one month to allow us to process your enquiry and provide you with a suitable service. If you intend to attend a consultation, we will share your information with the named clinician and your details become part of your clinical record and are kept until you leave our service. 

We do delete your information a month after received if we have not heard from you or are not able to give you an appointment at this time.

Once you enter our service, your individual practitioner is the data controller for your clinical record. You will receive a pretherapy agreement explaining our data protection policy for clinical records.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures are in place to safeguard and secure the information collected, including from this website. We use Microsoft 365 system and WriteUpp practice management to receive and store your data, alongside locked paper records. Further information regarding our data security is available on request and in our pretherapy agreements issued before you attend a session.

Controlling your personal information

Taylored Psychology will not sell, distribute or release your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission, we are concerned for your safety or the safety of others including children or are required by law to do so.

Website search queries and results are logged anonymously to help improve the website and search functionality. No user-specific data is collected by any third party and we do not seek to identify any visitors to this site.
